Natashia L. Holmes
Natashia L. Holmes, Esq., founded McMillan Holmes LLC in 2016. She is an alumnus of the ABA’s Judicial Internship Opportunity Program, where she served as an Extern to the Honorable Arlander Keys (Ret. Federal Magistrate, Northern District of Illinois).
Prior to starting her law practice, Ms. Holmes served as Alderman for the City of Chicago’s 7th Ward, bringing to that role, her more than 15 years of experience working at the local, state, and federal level as a senior advisor in state government and the non-profit sector on issues surrounding public policy. Her professional and educational background provides a wealth of knowledge and resources to her clients.
She holds a B.S. from Alabama State University’s College of Education, a Master of Community Planning from Auburn University’s College of Architecture, Design and Construction, and a J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Ms. Holmes is results oriented, efficient, a quick learner, innovative thinker, good writer, resourceful, and well organized. She is an advocate for justice and will work diligently to identify the right solution to your legal problems.

Chloe Williams
Chloe Williams is a native of Chicago, IL. and serves as a Legal Intern for McMillan Holmes
LLC. She is a 2024 J.D. Candidate at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She has an active
student body presence as the Editor-In-Chief of the Peer Mentoring Program Newsletter and
member of the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition Team. Her career interests are
government affairs and estate planning.
Ms. Williams completed her undergraduate education at Hampton University where she received a B.A. in Journalism from the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications. While at Hampton, she served as the Student Government Association Director of Communications and has experience in political campaigns, strategic messaging and media management.
